Tillman Computer Services Return Policy
Your original receipt is required for all returns, exchanges, and warranty repair services. All returns and exchanges must be in original condition and include any and all accessories. Tillman Computer Services reserves the right to request identification and to deny any return.
14-day return period: We accept returns or exchanges 14 days from the original purchase. Please note the exceptions to this policy below.
Non-returnable items:
Restocking fee: A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on most returned items unless defective. A restocking fee of 25% will be charged on all special order products unless defective.
Refund method: Most refunds will be issued in the same form as the original purchase was made. Cash, check or debit purchases over $100.00, including applicable taxes, will be refunded in the form of a check that will be mailed within 10 business days of return.
PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR DATA ON RETURNED/EXCHANGED PRODUCTS It is the customer's responsibility to insure any and all personal information and/or data is removed from any returned or exchanged products. Tillman Computer Services is not responsible for any personal information and/or data left on or in a returned or exchanged product.
