Simply put, we're a one-stop shop for all your computing needs. We sell parts and accessories, custom-built desktop computers, custom-configured laptop computers, and provide a wide array of services designed to meet all your computing needs, including complete troubleshooting, repairs and upgrades. You'll find every part, accessory and computer we sell as well as every service we provide to be high-quality, comparably priced and quite often cheaper than the major chain stores and other competitors. What's more, our turn-around time on services, repairs and upgrades is usually 2-3 business days.
The expectations of the computing community, both individuals and businesses, are high quality computers, parts and services at reasonable rates. The goal of TCS, which is owned and operated by a United States Army Veteran, is to meet or exceed those expectations. At the same time, we strive to show our love for and support of the United States of America.
Our custom-built computers are assembled in our shop, which is obviously located in the United States, using only high-quality components. The laptops we sell are made of high-quality components and are assembled in Massachusetts, also located in the United States. This helps you because you're getting a high-quality computer. It helps America by creating and/or preserving American jobs instead of providing jobs to someone living half way around the world who just wants our money.
In addition to doing our part in creating and/or preserving American jobs, we also offer a 10% discount on services to military personnel (active duty, retired, and their dependents), veterans (cannot be dishonorably discharged), and first responders (fire, police, and ambulance). We also support local businesses. Once a month, a local business person gets lunch on us. For your chance to win, just stop in our store and drop off one of your business cards in our bowl. On the first working day of each month, we draw one business card out of the bowl, and the person whose name is on that card gets a gift card for a local restaurant. No purchase is necessary. All we ask is that you limit yourself to only 1 business card per month. After the winner has been chosen, we post all the business cards on a bulletin board in the store, where it remains until the next month's drawing.
