$90.00 - ($81.00 if veteran/first responder discount applies) - (See *3 below) - Limit 1 computer per household

NOTES
*1 - DVD cost is $3.00 per disk. Number of disks required varies according to amount of information on HDD to back up. Discounts do not apply to this cost.

*2 - Depending on what the computer is infected with, removal only may not be possible and a Full System Restore must be done. Full system restore is done only as a last resort. In the event of full system restore, user/owner may be required to provide original operating system disks. If full system restore is necessary, everything on the computer will be lost. Data backup may be possible at an additional cost.

*3. If full system restore is required according to *2 above, the cost is $110.00 ($99.00 if veteran/first responder discount applies)
